The grass is waiting for his feet to touch it. The dog is waiting for his first game of fetch. His cousins are waiting for his first game of tag. There is a beautiful life waiting for him to live, and yet mom & dad are so amused by the way his eyes are so wide and the way he sucks on his finger. They wonder what his voice will grow to sound like and who he will look more like, but right now in this moment they are so full of the kind of love they never knew to be possible.

There are so many joyful moments ahead of you. I loved getting to meet sweet Camden and getting a little glimpse into these newborn days and memories that you are living in. Among the late night diaper changes and soft cries, I hope you are reminded of how fleeting this season is and how quickly it passes.
