Because of this degree, all the late nights of studying was worth it. Because of these friendships, all of the days of not knowing what’s next are worth it. Because of this smile, it was all worth it. Every decision led us here where it’s all worth it. Graduation in high school meant figuring out what’s next, but now graduation in college means something much bigger. It means finding the friends, relationships, and family to cheer for you even when you’re wrong. It means persevering when your work load seems impossible.
This week marks the end of my so called double life. I can’t believe I’m saying this as someone who loves accomplishment and has always thrived in the classroom, but I’m excited to close this chapter of my life and focus on my career and personal life.
Taylor, Jessie, and Sarah,
I’m so happy to enter into this season of life with you. I’ve loved getting to know each of you and I can already see that your big plans are so close to becoming a reality. There’s no one else I’d rather celebrate graduation with and thank you endlessly for helping me capture this season of life for me too.
